Logic Spark Company Limited (the “Company” or “We”) engages in designing and developing software and mobile application to serve your needs (“You” or “User”). The Company greatly value the importance of protection of your personal data and treat the rights on your personal data with utmost respect. The Company, thus, has a security system to protect your personal data as well as international standards procedure to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, use, or alteration of the personal data.
The Company reserves the right to amend this privacy notice at any time and the amendment will be posted on the Company’s website.

“Personal Data” means any information relating to a person, which enables, directly or indirectly, the identification of such person, but not including the data of the deceased persons or anonymized data.

In the event that the Company assigns any third party to provide system development and maintenance, or any other services to the Company, the Company may set confidentiality and/or data processing agreement in accordance with this Privacy Notice for the benefit of securing your personal data.
The Company has set the process to manage any violation of personal data and will notify you in accordance with the law requirement. Even though there is strict security measure for personal data, there is some security limitation when it comes to transmission of data on the internet. Hence, the Company is unable to guarantee the security of your personal data disclosed through internet channels.

The Company will retain your personal data in accordance with the purpose stated in this Privacy Notice at least 2 years or as long as necessary, in accordance with the Company’s policy and strict legal requirements.
